Welcome to Sage River Bait4 Bucks 'n Bear. Our company was founded in 2000, by Mark Boulton. We are located on the eastern end of Michigan's pristine Upper Peninsula and serve not only the individual sportsman, but also retail businesses.
Sage River Bait4 Bucks 'n Bear started as a small stop for sportsmen to purchase bait at competitive prices. Over the years we have grown rapidly to meet the increasing demand for bait supplies. We believe hunting should be affordable and enjoyable without the worry of breaking the bank.
About us
Normal hours of operation are Monday - Sunday, 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM, June 1st - December 15th. We are open extended hours during bear and deer seasons. We want to accommodate you! If you are passing through, bait orders may be placed by phone in advance. If we know you're coming, you may pickup your pre-phoned order 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from June 1st - December 15th.
In addition to offering bait, Sage River Bait4 Bucks 'n Bear also offers guide services during the bear hunting season. There are a limited number of openings for guided services and sportsmen will be taken on a first come, first served basis. We have had many inquiries regarding guided deer hunts, but currently do not offer these services.
